Now we are settled into our Dundas Valley home I decided it was time to start helping animals again. Today was my first day volunteering at Fur ‘n’ Feathers animal sanctuary at Canoelands. It is about 50 minutes drive into the countryside from where I live and I had a great time!
I had recently been involved in a large rescue of battery chickens and it was wonderful to help with rehoming the girls.
